Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone!!!! Jackson sure had a good time trick or treating. Although we had tons of snow, that didn't stop us. It actually was a nice evening and Jackson said he would share his candy with us. I cannot wait until next year to dress Jackson him. We sure think he is the cutest lion ever.

Well this picture was taken when we first got our costumes. Lauren is a bumble bee and I am a lion, mom got a really good deal on my costume. It is very warm. I love it.
Look at all my candy!!!!! I even got bath toys from daddy's friend Nigel. I think it is a great gift. I think I'll give these chips I got to mommy.
Look at all my loot!!!! What a variety I got, chocolate bars, suckers, fruit, goldfish!!!!! Yum Yum, I love Halloween. I really love my nose, mom used brown washable marker on it. It came right off at the end of the night, thank goodness!!!!
Look at this huge pumpkin dad bought, I love it. Mom says I can help carve the pumpkin next year.
Dad mad this scary pumpkin, he sure did a good carving job!!!!!
Here is the pumpkin again. The kids that came to our house sure loved it.
Here is my friend Victoria, she was a lamb. We are very good friends. She is trying to steal my cup, I better get it back.
Oh mom, please let me help carve this pumpkin. I just want to get my hands in there.... I promise I won't make a mess :)

I'm a little concerned for Jackson's future. Looking at his failed attempt to jump over that pumpkin, I think that we need to seriously consider whether or not he'll be able to have kids of his own.

Ouch, that looks like it hurts.

Hi All, Hope Everyone is keeping well and that life is treating everyone good. Once again its been awhile since we have written a little story. I cannot believe how fast time is going and that soon March will be over, its crazy to me. Life in the Bowering household is very good. Work is going well for John and myself. Jackson is doing GREAT. He still isn't walking but I am convinced he totally knows how to do it independently but I think he thinks..(man life is great, my mommy and daddy carry me around everywhere) He walks along the walls and furniture and climbs up and down the stairs but soon he will walking independently. Jackson is quite the talker he says ALOT of words, and they are very clear, his favourite words are bubble, cookies, mommy, dad, apple, ball, bull, puppy... that's just a few he can say more. he is also signing quite a bit. Jackson's Big Boy Room

Hi Everyone!!! Well I'm surprised I have another blog up so quickly. I guess I am just excited about Jackson's room. The last weekend in September we headed to Fargo with our friends and had a great time, hanging out and shopping. Then for Canadian Thanksgiving we headed to Minot to see my family which was nice b/c that will probably be the last time I see them before the babies arrive. We had alot of good fun in Minot, ate alot of good food and I enjoyed shopping with my sisters. Jackson is doing well, he has taken a couple of tumbles down the stairs and now looks at the basement stairs saying "boom boom" "stair fell". We think falling once at home and once at Aunt Valerie's will give him a greater appreciation of the stairs. Like I said at the start, we are so excited that Jackson's big boy room is done. He no longer sleeps in a crib and although it makes me smile to see him being such a big boy, I'm a little sad to see how fast he is gro

Happy Halloween

Hi Everyone, well I am taking advantage of the time change, we have been up since 6am (I know most of you will say, well really thats 7am) but 6am is 6am. The boys do not care about the time change. So as they are watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, I am updating the blog, finally!!!! Life again has been very busy for us and I don't think it is slowing down any time soon. Hudson and Oliver are now in there big boy beds - they look so little in those big beds. They are doing well with the transition and we still have more accessories to add to their room but after many hours of painting, the mural is finished!!!! I think it turned out awesome and am so glad we did it. Halloween is also finished and the kids got 4 huge bowls filled with candy, it was crazy - I never remembered getting this much candy as a kid!!!! They are set for a long time. John's b-day is coming up so we will go out most likely to a pizza place on his actual b-day and then we will have a family party later on. So
