Fall is Upon us

I absolutely love fall, I hate that this season is so short. I love the colors, the cool weather and I love going for walks, with a giant sweater on and of course sipping a nice hot beverage. We have not done alot since fall has arrived. Jackson and I are still walking everyday. We will be heading to North Dakota for about 2 1/2 weeks. My sister is having her second baby and I will be taking Jackson with me to help her out. Jackson will have tons of fun playing with his cousin Lauren and it will be great to see a newborn baby again. I know John will miss us but I'm sure he will get in lots of XBOX time and plenty of pizza eating. I am trying my best to regularly update this blog. Jackson is standing so much, he doesn't seem to want to crawl, but I have been told that John and all his siblings never crawled they all went to walking, so we'll see what happens with him. I hope you all enjoy reading Jackson's blog, I mean our blog to see what is happening in our lives. I don't know if we've said it or not, but we ABOSULTELY LOVE being parents, we have been truly blessed to have Jackson in our lives and we adore him.



Here I am at the park, I love swining so much. I can wave to people now.
This is my cousin Lauren, soon she will have a new brother or sister. My mommy will put up new photo's when she goes to North Dakota so you can see my new cousin.
My cousin Lauren lets me play with her toys, I think dad prefers I play with this keyboard and not the 2 dolls.
Here I am at McDonalds. Mom always lets me try some of her fries. They are so yummy!!!!
Here I am ready for my daily walk. I love fall just as much as mommy does. I get lots of snacks when I go walking and shopping.

Hi Anna, I'm so happy you like reading our blog. I hope teaching is going good for you, the first year is the hardest, once you make it through this year things get go much more smoothly. I start work 2 months from now, and I am not handling it well. I know leaving Jackson will make me a stronger person. We also enjoy reading your blog as well. Take Care

Nola and John we thank you for the delicious supper tonight as we celebrated Jackson's birthday and Thanksgiving dinner with pumpkin pie and a yummy roast beef. You do a terrific job keeping the blog up to date Nola and we enjoy Jackson's pictures that accompany his adventures. Have a great time in Minot. We will miss you both. Luv Grandma & Grandpa B

Hi All, Hope Everyone is keeping well and that life is treating everyone good. Once again its been awhile since we have written a little story. I cannot believe how fast time is going and that soon March will be over, its crazy to me. Life in the Bowering household is very good. Work is going well for John and myself. Jackson is doing GREAT. He still isn't walking but I am convinced he totally knows how to do it independently but I think he thinks..(man life is great, my mommy and daddy carry me around everywhere) He walks along the walls and furniture and climbs up and down the stairs but soon he will walking independently. Jackson is quite the talker he says ALOT of words, and they are very clear, his favourite words are bubble, cookies, mommy, dad, apple, ball, bull, puppy... that's just a few he can say more. he is also signing quite a bit. Jackson's Big Boy Room

Hi Everyone!!! Well I'm surprised I have another blog up so quickly. I guess I am just excited about Jackson's room. The last weekend in September we headed to Fargo with our friends and had a great time, hanging out and shopping. Then for Canadian Thanksgiving we headed to Minot to see my family which was nice b/c that will probably be the last time I see them before the babies arrive. We had alot of good fun in Minot, ate alot of good food and I enjoyed shopping with my sisters. Jackson is doing well, he has taken a couple of tumbles down the stairs and now looks at the basement stairs saying "boom boom" "stair fell". We think falling once at home and once at Aunt Valerie's will give him a greater appreciation of the stairs. Like I said at the start, we are so excited that Jackson's big boy room is done. He no longer sleeps in a crib and although it makes me smile to see him being such a big boy, I'm a little sad to see how fast he is gro

Happy Halloween

Hi Everyone, well I am taking advantage of the time change, we have been up since 6am (I know most of you will say, well really thats 7am) but 6am is 6am. The boys do not care about the time change. So as they are watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, I am updating the blog, finally!!!! Life again has been very busy for us and I don't think it is slowing down any time soon. Hudson and Oliver are now in there big boy beds - they look so little in those big beds. They are doing well with the transition and we still have more accessories to add to their room but after many hours of painting, the mural is finished!!!! I think it turned out awesome and am so glad we did it. Halloween is also finished and the kids got 4 huge bowls filled with candy, it was crazy - I never remembered getting this much candy as a kid!!!! They are set for a long time. John's b-day is coming up so we will go out most likely to a pizza place on his actual b-day and then we will have a family party later on. So
