This is a picture of Pisew Falls. We went to Thompson, Manitoba for 1 week b/c John had to work there. These waterfalls are about 1 hour outside of Thompson and the are BEAUTIFUL. As we drove to Thompson, we saw the sign for the falls and decided to take a much needed break and stretch our legs. It was relaxing and very peaceful, I'm really glad we made the stop.

Jackson was able to go to Toys R Us before we went to Thompson to choose a toy to bring with him on the trip. After alot of thought and going down the aisles many times he was satisfied with his monster John Deere Truck and Bucket John Deere Tractor.

OHHHHH big stretches, gooood morning Oliver!!!



Here is Oliver with the XBOX controller, you can see that the play and charge kit is attatched. The other day I was in the kitchen and all the boys were in the living room. All of a sudden Jackson comes running in and says, Mom come quick,hurry, come and see what the brother is doing. Hurry!!!! - as I went into the living room, Oliver had the controller and was pulling the cord (these controllers are wireless, it was just charging, so for the most part there are never cords around.) Oliver was pulling the cord and had 1/2 the XBOX off the shelf. I carefully put everything back and put the cord away - jackson promptly scolded Oliver - "NO brother thats bad, very bad, no touching the XBOX" - I see that daddy has taught him well, I think we need to teach daddy to put those cords away, I take no responsibility when it comes to the XBOX - its all on John.



oooops you caught me mommy, but if Oliver gets the white controller, I want the black one!!!



Dad's teaching me early how to play all those fun XBOX games, so he can bring me to all those XBOX parties he loves sooo much - look out guys, the Bowering men are in training!!

Hudson and Oliver - I thought it was hard just getting one kid to focus but having them both look at the same time is a challenge and Oliver was much more interested in holding Hudson's hand, they like to do that lots!!!

hey - great post! by the way, your boys are super cute!! (but i guess you know that) - just remember how cute they were in say... 16 years? - when they ALL want the car at the same time? hehehe

Nola! Those pics of Hudson & Oliver in their "guess who" pics are crazy!! What a cute bunch of little boys you have there. I'm going to have to hold my girls back! LOL!! Hope you're all doing well. Let's talk soon.

Hi All, Hope Everyone is keeping well and that life is treating everyone good. Once again its been awhile since we have written a little story. I cannot believe how fast time is going and that soon March will be over, its crazy to me. Life in the Bowering household is very good. Work is going well for John and myself. Jackson is doing GREAT. He still isn't walking but I am convinced he totally knows how to do it independently but I think he thinks..(man life is great, my mommy and daddy carry me around everywhere) He walks along the walls and furniture and climbs up and down the stairs but soon he will walking independently. Jackson is quite the talker he says ALOT of words, and they are very clear, his favourite words are bubble, cookies, mommy, dad, apple, ball, bull, puppy... that's just a few he can say more. he is also signing quite a bit. Jackson's Big Boy Room

Hi Everyone!!! Well I'm surprised I have another blog up so quickly. I guess I am just excited about Jackson's room. The last weekend in September we headed to Fargo with our friends and had a great time, hanging out and shopping. Then for Canadian Thanksgiving we headed to Minot to see my family which was nice b/c that will probably be the last time I see them before the babies arrive. We had alot of good fun in Minot, ate alot of good food and I enjoyed shopping with my sisters. Jackson is doing well, he has taken a couple of tumbles down the stairs and now looks at the basement stairs saying "boom boom" "stair fell". We think falling once at home and once at Aunt Valerie's will give him a greater appreciation of the stairs. Like I said at the start, we are so excited that Jackson's big boy room is done. He no longer sleeps in a crib and although it makes me smile to see him being such a big boy, I'm a little sad to see how fast he is gro

Happy Halloween

Hi Everyone, well I am taking advantage of the time change, we have been up since 6am (I know most of you will say, well really thats 7am) but 6am is 6am. The boys do not care about the time change. So as they are watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, I am updating the blog, finally!!!! Life again has been very busy for us and I don't think it is slowing down any time soon. Hudson and Oliver are now in there big boy beds - they look so little in those big beds. They are doing well with the transition and we still have more accessories to add to their room but after many hours of painting, the mural is finished!!!! I think it turned out awesome and am so glad we did it. Halloween is also finished and the kids got 4 huge bowls filled with candy, it was crazy - I never remembered getting this much candy as a kid!!!! They are set for a long time. John's b-day is coming up so we will go out most likely to a pizza place on his actual b-day and then we will have a family party later on. So
