I just went to check on the boys before I headed to bed, and this is how I found Hudson...it's not a good night unless you go to bed as Wolverine :)  Must of had the mask in his bed!!

Here are more pictures of what has been happening in our life since I last blogged. Aunt Cathy came to visit and we were very excited to see her!! She spent one evening with us and we had a great time eating a good meal, playing outside on the trampoline, and going for a walk to get a coffee and some ice cream, we really miss her and Jackson is anxiously awaiting the day he can go on an airplane to see Aunt Cathy :) I went to the spa last week for an appointment that lasted 2 3/4 hours - it was FANTASTIC - I think I should go every month - it was a well deserved break. LOVED IT ! We spent one weekend at our friends Jonathan and Karen's cottage and that was GREAT, it was sooo peaceful and relaxing to be in the outdoors in the beautiful autumn weather! The kids had fun exploring and going for walks outdoors and we had a great time watching movies and eating delicious food. Summertime

Hi Everyone - We LOVE summer. Since I've last been here we have been having fun in cottage land. First was father's day and that was great - we spoiled dad - he got a bocce set, crocket set, 2 XBOX games, the XBOX play and charge kit, and a book called McMafia,and a nice lounging lawn chair - oh yes and the "dad" willow tree angel b/c he needed to be represented in my collection - dad was really spoiled and had a great day and John had a great 20 oz steak!!! We also spent some time at my sister and brother in law's cottage at Lake Metigoshe that was alot of fun, the weather was great and the kids had soo much fun. Then the last weekend in June we spent our first weekend of the year at our cottage, for those of you who don't know where it is, it is in Lake of the Woods, which is in Ontario. Summer

Yes I realize again what a long time it has been since my last post, but here is my reasoning.... I want to enjoy as much as my summer as I can and my time with my little men is very short so I feel the blog can take a back seat and no one will mind :) I have to say we have had a fantastic summer, even though the weather may have not cooperated I feel we took advantage of the summer and it has been great. We spent time in North Carolina, North Dakota, hung out with many of our friends, and we had many great trips to the cottage. I even swam in the lake at 63 degrees. Even though some weekends may have been a bit cooler at the cottage, it didn't matter to us, we always had a great time, the kids enjoyed the water and even if it rained, it was still fun to stay indoors and relax. Complaining about the weather won't get me anywhere, and I feel really lucky to have a cottage to go to, so I will always try to enjoy it no matter what the weather brings. John's mom and I sw...
