Here are more pictures of what has been happening in our life since I last blogged. Aunt Cathy came to visit and we were very excited to see her!! She spent one evening with us and we had a great time eating a good meal, playing outside on the trampoline, and going for a walk to get a coffee and some ice cream, we really miss her and Jackson is anxiously awaiting the day he can go on an airplane to see Aunt Cathy :) I went to the spa last week for an appointment that lasted 2 3/4 hours - it was FANTASTIC - I think I should go every month - it was a well deserved break. LOVED IT ! We spent one weekend at our friends Jonathan and Karen's cottage and that was GREAT, it was sooo peaceful and relaxing to be in the outdoors in the beautiful autumn weather! The kids had fun exploring and going for walks outdoors and we had a great time watching movies and eating delicious food. Summertime

Hi Everyone - We LOVE summer. Since I've last been here we have been having fun in cottage land. First was father's day and that was great - we spoiled dad - he got a bocce set, crocket set, 2 XBOX games, the XBOX play and charge kit, and a book called McMafia,and a nice lounging lawn chair - oh yes and the "dad" willow tree angel b/c he needed to be represented in my collection - dad was really spoiled and had a great day and John had a great 20 oz steak!!! We also spent some time at my sister and brother in law's cottage at Lake Metigoshe that was alot of fun, the weather was great and the kids had soo much fun. Then the last weekend in June we spent our first weekend of the year at our cottage, for those of you who don't know where it is, it is in Lake of the Woods, which is in Ontario. Hi Everyone

Hi All, Hope Everyone is keeping well and that life is treating everyone good. Once again its been awhile since we have written a little story. I cannot believe how fast time is going and that soon March will be over, its crazy to me. Life in the Bowering household is very good. Work is going well for John and myself. Jackson is doing GREAT. He still isn't walking but I am convinced he totally knows how to do it independently but I think he thinks..(man life is great, my mommy and daddy carry me around everywhere) He walks along the walls and furniture and climbs up and down the stairs but soon he will walking independently. Jackson is quite the talker he says ALOT of words, and they are very clear, his favourite words are bubble, cookies, mommy, dad, apple, ball, bull, puppy... that's just a few he can say more. he is also signing quite a bit.
